We support clients with operating model development, facilities management procurement, performance structures, SLA and KPI design, and lifecycle maintenance planning. For organisations that require senior property leadership without a full-time internal appointment, we provide executive-level support on a fractional basis. This can include acting as Head of Property, Estates, or Facilities, while also supporting governance, CAPEX planning, reporting, and strategic portfolio reviews for leadership teams and boards.
